On 16 October 2018, a delegation of East China Normal University – one of China's elite universities – visited Berlin International University of Applied Sciences. The Dean of the Faculty of Design, Prof. Wie Shaonong, and the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Ms Li Funa, used their visit to get an impression of our new premises. Together with the Presidents, Prof. Klingemann and Prof. Mantel, and joined by the Chancellor, Turgut Tülü, and the Head of International Affairs, Karin Schmidt, the participants discussed forms of future cooperation. As a first step, a Memorandum of Understanding was initiated. A representative of the joint cooperation partners ASK Berlin was also present at the visit.
