Prof. Dr. Erick Behar-Villegas, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration at Berlin International, was recently invited to present his methodology called "Architecture of Incentives" at the research seminar of Fedesarrollo, a renowned Latin American think tank.

In essence, the methodology proposes to go beyond the depiction of problem types in policy scenarios to look for incentive patterns that can affect potential and idealized solutions. Understanding how the incentive architecture of a proposed solution works can help avoid unnecessary costs and problems associated with the policy.
