The 1st-semester students from the Interior Design Program visited the Staatsbibliothek Berlin in Unter den Linden which is currently under renovation. The visit is one of the activities from the collaboration established by Prof. Martin with the Federal Association of the Gypsum Industry's Hochscultag Initiative, lead by Ms. Doris Pfeffermann. The students could see in person the application of dry and light construction systems and admire the importance of working with existing structures with great architectural and historical value.
