The Graphic Design and Visual Communication students had the great honor to visit design hero, artist, publisher, novelist, poet, activist, professor at ABK Stuttgart , and globetrotter Patrick Thomas in his studio in Berlin within the course Motion Graphics and Animation.
After checking out his screen print facility and printed works we got an amazing introduction into his way of creating artworks while enjoying tea and biscuits.
His message is clear: Always only take on jobs you can fully support and reconcile with your conscience. We as designers are communicating visual messages and thus are responsible for the statements we give.
