Our guest speaker Christoph Cuquemel, co-founder and CEO of fluent:cx, will give a talk on Customer Experience Management. The title of the talk is "Customer Experience (CX) – An honest reality check". Following the talk, there will be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss.
