BA Business Administration | International Management & Marketing

The BA Business Administration | International Management & Marketing program prepares students for international business environments with a strong foundation in management, marketing, strategy, digital business, and organizational practice. Taught in English and based in Berlin, the program supports students in developing the skills needed to manage diverse teams, coordinate projects, and design international management and marketing strategies for startups, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and multinational corporations.

The BA Business Administration | International Management & Marketing program covers key areas of business administration, including the foundations of management and marketing, international business, digital business, organizational theory, strategic management, human resource management, accounting and controlling, and practice-oriented business skills such as team building, conflict management, and critical thinking. Through project-based learning, case studies, and practical business challenges, students develop the analytical, strategic, and interpersonal competencies needed to navigate diverse international business environments and respond to the demands of a rapidly evolving global marketplace.

Admission Requirements

To apply for the BA Business Administration | International Management & Marketing program, applicants must hold a German Abitur, Fachabitur, or an equivalent international qualification. Foreign qualifications must meet the equivalence criteria established by the German Central Office for Foreign Education.

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

  • Official English or German translations of educational documents, where applicable
  • University certificate and transcript, if applicable

  • Proof of English language proficiency at CEFR level B2 or higher

As the program is taught entirely in English, German language proficiency is not required.

Applicants who are eligible for admission to a bachelor’s degree program but have not yet achieved CEFR level B2 in English may apply to the English Preparatory School before commencing their studies.
