BA Business Administration | Data Science & Business

The BA Business Administration | Data Science & Business program combines business education with data science, analytics, and digital management. Program Outline

The BA Business Administration | Data Science & Business program combines management and data science for a data-driven economy. Students study traditional business and management areas such as international business and strategy, develop soft skills such as team building and conflict management, and explore digital business topics including digital marketing and platform business models. The program also covers programming in Python and R, machine learning, database management, digital enterprise management, and applied work with datasets. No prior programming knowledge is required.

Admission Requirements

To apply for the BA Business Administration | Data Science & Business program, applicants must hold a German Abitur, Fachabitur, or an equivalent international qualification. Foreign qualifications must meet the equivalence criteria established by the German Central Office for Foreign Education.

Applicants are required to submit:

  • High school diploma certificate and transcript
  • Official English or German translations of educational documents, where applicable
  • University certificate and transcript, if applicable

  • Proof of English language proficiency at CEFR level B2 or higher

As the program is taught entirely in English, German language proficiency is not required.

Applicants who are eligible for admission to a bachelor’s degree program but have not yet achieved CEFR level B2 in English may apply to the English Preparatory School before commencing their studies.
